As a Staten Island native, and a experienced sales professional Daniel has had a love of real estate from a very young age. Born in Brooklyn NY, Daniels family moved to the island in 1980. At the young age of 19 Daniel had built 7 successful cellular phone and pager stores all through out the Staten Island, dominating many of his competitors on the island.

At the young age of 21 Daniel, made his first real estate investment. The first of many investments, Daniel has a keen eye and can see a properties worth from the get go. After many years in the sales business, Daniel decided to focus solely on his love of real estate, buying properties and developing mixed use buildings.

Daniel has excellent customer service skills and has developed close knit relationships with clients through out the years.
